DAY 1 - NAIROBI TO RIFT VALLEY (LOLDIA HOUSE)
Loldia House - nestles under the Acacia trees on one of the country's oldest farms. It was built in the Second World War and had breath-taking views of the dormant volcano, Mt Longonot. Mouthwatering meals are served under the trees or in the original dinning room.

Arrive Jomo Kenyatta International Airport off your international flight. Transfer by road through the scenically beautiful Great Rift Valley down to Loldia House, nestling on the shores of Lake Naivasha. A two hour drive from Nairobi. Enjoy a delicious lunch on the lawn overlooking Mt Longonot. Afternoon at leisure on the farm, with the option of a late afternoon horse ride or evening walk with Loldia's resident naturalist or a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, witnessing the prolific variety of bird-life on the lake and the lake shore. Dinner and overnight at Loldia House.

DAY 2 - RIFT VALLEY (LOLDIA HOUSE)
Full day's activities on Loldia Ranch. These include horse riding, guided bird and game walks, birdwatching and fishing trips on Lake Naivasha, visits to the local flower farm and a night game drive. Dinner in the traditional dinning room hosted by Peter and overnight Loldia House.

DAY 3 - RIFT VALLEY (LOLDIA HOUSE)

Early breakfast before departing to Lake Nakuru National Park. Morning game drive around Lake Nakuru, famous for its abundance of flamingos and large variety of water birds. Lake Nakuru is also one of Kenya's Rhino Sanctuaries and large numbers of Rhinos are regularly seen, along with good sightings of Leopard.

Lunch is served under the Acacia trees overlooking the lake. Returning to Loldia in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Loldia House.

Day 4 - RIFT VALLEY - MASAI MARA (LITTLE GOVERNORS' CAMP)
Little Governors' Camp is intimate in character and has just 17 tents, set in a tranquil and secluded spot overlooking a small lake that teems with both wildlife and bird-life with views out onto the Mara plains. To get there you first have to cross the Mara River by boat, then walk, escorted, through the forest. The tents are five star with ensuite bathrooms.

A late breakfast served on the lawns of Loldia House. After breakfast there is the opportunity to take an exciting boat ride on Lake Naivasha or a guided bird walk along the lakeshore. Lunch will be served on the lawns overlooking the lake at 12.15hrs. After a delicious lunch you will be taken to the Loldia airstrip for your direct flight to the Mara, arrival at Musiara airstrip at approximately 4:00pm. Short game drive en route to the camp. Pre dinner drinks around the camp fire, a four course candlelit dinner in the dining tent and overnight at Little Governors' Camp.

DAY 5 - MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE (LITTLE GOVERNORS' CAMP)
Depart the camp at 5.30am to the Balloon Safari site. A fabulous I hour Hot Air Balloon safari across the plains of the Masai Mara. On landing enjoy a champagne bush breakfast, freshly cooked before you eyes.In the middle of the Mara plains. Game drive back to camp. Spend the morning relaxing before lunch at the camp, afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight.

Day 6 - MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE (LITTLE GOVERNORS' CAMP)
Early morning game drive at dawn, returning to the Camp for breakfast. A 10:30am game drive, returning to the camp for lunch. A 3:30pm game drive returning to camp before sundown. Dinner and overnight Little Governors' Camp.

Day 7 - MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE (LITTLE GOVERNORS' CAMP)
Early morning game drive at dawn, returning to the Camp for breakfast. A 10:30am game drive, returning to the camp for lunch. A 3:30pm game drive returning to camp before sundown. Dinner and overnight Little Governors' Camp.

Optional extras available from Little Governors' Camps in addition to the three daily game drives, are:- Guided Big Game walking safaris with one of the Little Governors' Camp professional guides, followed by a full cooked champagne bush breakfast, afternoon walking safaris with sundowners, day flying safaris to Lake Victoria for fishing and birdwatching at Mfangano Island Camp.

Day 8 - MASAI MARA - NAIROBI OR MOMBASA
Early morning game-drive at sunrise, followed by breakfast at the camp. Late morning game drive, and a delicious lunch back at the camp. After lunch transfer to the airstrip to catch the scheduled flight for Nairobi or Mombasa to arrive after 1 hour or 2 hours respectively where you will be met and transferred to the place of your choice within the city hotels for the one going to Nairobi or to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in time for your international flight to the next destination or to the beach hotel for those going to Mombasa.
