1 DAY. SHIMBA HILLS NATIONAL RESERVE, SHIMBA RAINFOREST LODGE 3* MEAL PLAN IS HALF BOARD.
You will be picked from your hotel early in the morning, then drive for about forty-five minutes to reach this cool and lush reserve. You will start searching for the animals including elephant, giraffe, buffalo, warthog, the rare Sable antelope that are only found here in the whole of East Africa and maybe the leopard. All these plus colourful birds are seen in a green Rainforest of Shimba hills.
Thereafter you will tour the Sheldrick Falls at the slopes of the hills before lunchtime. Watch water splashing a top a cliff 30 metres high and the water forms a natural pool causing casual sports wear are preferable It is very important to put into consideration before disembarking from the vehicle to go down the hill 45 minutes gentle walk that this is a fitness exercise and it's recommended for the physically fit people. This safari commences upon arrival or even clients could be met and taken to the hotel and then the safari starts on the day of their choice, you will be picked early in the morning at 0500 hours to Taita Hills Sanctuary where you will arrive time for mid morning game drive until time for lunch in Sarova Taita Hills Game Lodge. DAY 1. ARRIVAL AT JOMO KENYATTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (JACARANDA HOTEL, 4*, MEAL PLAN IS HALF BOARD)
Arrival in Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi and be transferred to Jacaranda Hotel for breakfast. Thereafter make a visit to the Animal Orphanage, Giraffe Centre known as The Leslie Melville nature and sanctuary which was build in memory of Jock Leslie Melville the founder of Africa endanger wildlife, the Parliament building, National Museum and the City Market. Dinner at the Carnivore Restaurant followed by overnight at the Jacaranda Hotel.  Jacaranda Hotel, a comfortable well equipped garden hotel, within five minutes drive from the capital city central business district, it avoids the noise and bustle of the city. |
