We send your itinerary, along with your full names and passport numbers, to AMREF Flying Doctors to keep them informed of your daily movements according to your itinerary. Additionally, we provide you with AMREF Flying Doctors' contact cards or necessary contact information.

In the event of an emergency, you can contact them locally for prompt evacuation by road or air. This process is much more efficient than trying to reach your insurance company in your home country during an emergency in Africa.
