Day 1: Nairobi City, Nairobi Serena Hotel (Bed & Breakfast)

Met on arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by our Representative and transfer to Nairobi Serena Hotel where you have been booked on a bed and breakfast basis for the night.

Day 2: Tsavo West National Park, Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge (Fullboard)

Breakfast in the Hotel. After a pre-safari briefing by your driver guide you would be transferred to Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge through Mtito Adei Gate and start your midmorning game viewing drive in Tsavo West National Park enroute to the lodge to arrive time for sumptuous lunch in.Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge Superbly situated in the lee of Mount Kilimanjaro and sheltered by the volcanic splendor of the Chyulu Hills, this classic stone-built lodge overlooks its own water hole, which is visited daily by elephants, buffalos and a wide variety of plains game. Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge:
One of the first lodges ever to be built in a national park, the lodge is cool, tranquil and hushed for optimum game-viewing, photography and painting. It is also ideally placed for visits to all the park’s prime attractions. Lunch in the lodge followed by free time at leisure.

15:30 afternoon game viewing drives using 4DW land cruiser in the park. Tsavo West National Park offers some of the most magnificent game viewing in the world with large herds of dusty-red elephants, hippopotamus, giant crocodiles, black rhinoceros and African buffalos. The park includes also the lion, the cheetah, and the leopard. The “big five” can be seen in Tsavo. Birdlife is abundant as more than 600 species of bird have been recorded.

All meals and overnight at Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge after 18:30.

Day 3: Tsavo West National Park, Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge (Fullboard)

Full day in Tsavo West National Park with morning and afternoon game viewing drives after tea or coffee and a snack up to 08:00. Other animals commonly seen in the park are the zebra, the antelopes and gazelles, the mongoose, the hyrax, the dik-dik and the lesser kudu. Some of the interesting areas to be visited are the Mzima Springs, Roaring Rocks, Chaimu and Shetani Lava sites to mention a few. All meals and overnight at Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge after game viewing from 15:30 to 18:30.

Day 4: Amboseli National Park, Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge (Fullboard)

You would wake up for tea or coffee and a snack then proceed to morning game drive until time for full breakfast in the lodge from 08:00 and depart for Amboseli National Park where lunch in the lodge would follow. A short incantation by an afternoon would be on leisure to relax and soak-in magnificent views of the park from your room Veranda/Lounge or enjoy a swim in the lodge’s swimming pool. At 15:30 enjoy afternoon game-viewing drives in the park. Amboseli Natioanl Park is one of the most popular destinations for safari-goers to Kenya, but it also offers some spectacular views of the highest free-standing mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro.

Set against the magnificent backdrop of Africa’s highest mountain, the glittering Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge enjoys a uniquely privileged position at the heart of this world-famous national park. Shaded by palm trees, is a free-form swimming pool; to either side of which stretch the rooms.

Lunch in the lodge followed by an afternoon at leisure to relax and soak-in magnificent views of the park from your room Veranda/Lounge or enjoy a swim in the lodge’s swimming pool.

15:30 enjoy afternoon game-viewing drives in the park. Amboseli is one of the most popular destinations for safari-goers to Kenya, but it also offers some spectacular views of the highest free-standing mountain in the world – Mount Kilimanjaro. Elephant are a dominant presence in Amboseli; they are tracked almost constantly by researchers thus; the reason they have largely escaped the ravages of 1980s poaching. Here, you are able to spot some of the older “tuskers” lumbering almost delicately before the backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro. At 18:30 drive back to the lodge in time to refreshment, dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Fly Masai Mara National Reserve, Mara Serena Safari Lodge (Fullboard)

This day will be the last one on this safari in Amboseli National Park so you would wake up for full breakfast then be taken to the airstrip for your flight to Masai Mara National Reserve where you would arrive after an hour at Mara Serena Airstrip and start you mid game viewing drive until time for check in Mara Serena Safari Lodge from 13:00. At 15:30 depart for an afternoon game viewing drive in the reserve until at 18:30 time return to the lodge to refreshments and for dinner from 19:30 then overnight at Mara Serena Safari Lodge. The Masai Mara National Reserve is noted for its abundance of lions, particularly the superb black manned males. You’ll see lots of elephants here often in large herds, as well as if you’re lucky leopard, cheetah and rhino. All of the Big Five are residents in Masai Mara National Reserve.

Mara Serena Safari Lodge
Perched on the saddle of a hill, the Mara Serena Safari Lodge for lunch. The has one of the most spectacular views imaginable across the vast plains, forests and rivers that make up the Maasai Mara – one of the world’s richest wildlife sanctuaries. Lunch in the lodge followed by an afternoon at leisure to relax and enjoy the lodge facilities that include: – Maisha Health Club and Spa featuring an exciting spa menu, steam, sauna and gymnasium to experience tranquillity and good health whilst on safari, a swimming pool and a terrace that gives you sweeping views of the of the expansive Masaai Mara plains.

15:30 depart for an afternoon game drive in the reserve. The Mara is also noted for its abundance of lions – particularly the superb black manned males. You’ll see lots of elephants here often in large herds, as well as – if you’re lucky – leopard, cheetah and rhino. All of the Big Five are residents. You’re sure to see the African buffalo. Get the cameras ready, charge the batteries and enjoy yourself!

Day 6: Fly Masai Mara National Reserve, Mara Serena Safari Lodge (Fullboard)

This day you would wake up at 06:00 for tea or coffee and a snack and depart for game viewing drive at 06:30 until time for game viewing drive until at 08:30 time for full breakfast in lodge. The whole mid-morning is set to rest in the lodge until time for lunch. From 15:30 another game viewing drive until time for dinner where all meals and overnight is at Mara Serena Safari Lodge. Masai Mara National Reserve with morning and afternoon game viewing drives in the reserve certainly the most frequented game reserve in Kenya, Maasai Mara is a magnificent landscape of open plains bisected by the Mara River and its tributaries, and punctuated by marshes and forests. This 650 SQ kilometre reserve supports the highest density of game to be seen anywhere considering its size.

Hippo Pool Breakfast
Early morning game drive after tea or coffee and a snack then go for early morning game viewing. You shall crown your game viewing experience with a “Bush Breakfast” by the Mara River Hippo Pools! One cannot resist the charming “Jambo” from the chefs and Masai warriors as they welcome you to our wonderfully set breakfast buffet of cold cuts, fruits, cereals and hot dishes with eggs made to your specifications as you wait. The hippos keep you company and only say “Kwaheri” (good bye) after you have had enough.

The whole mid-morning is set to rest in the lodge until time for lunch. From 15:30 another game drive until time for dinner where all meals and overnight is at Mara Serena Safari Lodge

Day 7: Fly to Nairobi City

This would be your last day of this Kenya Safari and you would wake up for full breakfast then be transferred to Mara Serena Airstrip in Masai Mara National Reserve to catch up flight to Nairobi City where you would arrive after about 45 minutes and be transferred to the Nairobi City hotel reception.
